LeadJet monitors messages in connected public Telegram chats and matches your keywords. Matching messages appear in your workspace and bot notifications with a source link. You assess each request and decide whom to contact. A matching request is not a completed sale.

Add public sources using an @username or a t.me link. Private invitations and closed chats are not supported. A source must synchronize successfully; availability depends on Telegram restrictions. Groups expose member conversations, while broadcast channel statistics usually describe the channel's own posts.

Open @LeadJetbot or sign in to the website with the same Telegram account. Activate access, add a public chat under Sources and wait for synchronization. Then add keywords and stop words. Check the source status and first matches to refine your filters.

Start with phrases customers use, such as 'looking for an apartment', 'need a transfer' or 'recommend a photographer'. Add wording actually used in your chosen chats. A broad keyword like 'apartment' may also match seller listings. Stop words help exclude unwanted messages.

On the website, open Sources or Keywords and delete the relevant entry. In the bot, use your chat, keyword and stop-word lists. Removing a chat stops further collection from it; previously found leads stay in history. Filter changes affect subsequent matching.

Check that your subscription is active, the chat is synchronized and keywords are configured. Broad stop words can exclude useful messages, and a chat may have no relevant requests. Notifications follow processing of matches; delays depend on source availability, load and Telegram limits. We do not promise delivery within a fixed number of seconds.

Reports show collected messages over 24 hours and 7 days, typical daily volume and unique authors during the observed period. Member counts and online snapshots appear when Telegram provides them. Repeated content and known bots help assess noise; your keyword matches are counted separately.

LeadJet counts observed message authors and available indicators of known bots. A unique account is not proof of a human, and silence does not prove an inactive or fake member. Telegram does not provide reliable classification of all members. Statistics describe observed activity, not an exact share of real people.

Compare sources over the same period: members, unique authors, message volume, repetition and collection coverage. Then check topic, language, region, posting rules and ad price. A large chat can be noisy while a smaller one is highly relevant. Analytics helps select a source to test; it does not predict sales or advertising returns.

Current data is available in website analytics and My statistics in the bot. With an active subscription, the bot sends a weekly summary. Reliable comparisons need a full week of observation; a newly added source may have incomplete data. Check the observed period and collection coverage, especially after synchronization issues.

Choose a plan and duration on the website, in your workspace or with the bot's purchase and renewal button. The link opens the corresponding Tribute product. Use the same Telegram account as in LeadJet. Access is activated after payment confirmation; the next period requires another one-time payment.

The website lists the base access price. Tribute may add a buyer service fee; the payment platform determines its amount and available payment methods. Check the final total on the Tribute screen before confirming. This platform fee does not extend your subscription or increase LeadJet limits.

Refresh your workspace and check the subscription status in the bot. Make sure Tribute and LeadJet use the same Telegram account. If access is still missing, contact support with the product, payment time and payment reference. Do not pay again before the payment is checked; support does not need your password, login code or full card details.

Yes. Sign in with the Telegram account used for @LeadJetbot: access is tied to your verified Telegram ID. Chats, keywords, leads and subscription status belong to that account. Signing in or paying with another Telegram account may open a different workspace.

The website and bot support Russian, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Indonesian. The bot language is selected separately. For another region, connect relevant public chats and use keywords in participants' language. The service does not reliably identify every author's location; payment availability depends on Tribute.

Choose local or niche chats where people discuss your service, such as rentals, repairs, transport or photography. Add typical request phrases and review matching messages. City names in text and the chat's topic provide context; LeadJet does not independently verify users' locations.

LeadJet sends matching messages to you. It does not start conversations on your behalf or send mass advertising to chat members. You open the source message and respond yourself, following community rules. The service does not read other users' private conversations.

The account owner can add a manager to work with leads. Manager access depends on the owner's active subscription: when it ends, team access is paused. Managers do not receive owner billing permissions. Manage team membership in the bot or workspace.
